When running Genie software in TIMS for Audiology, users will occasional experience issues with the task bar at the top of the screen "disappearing". This is normally a result of a lower resolution setting (ie 800 x 600) and can usually be resolved by changing the resolution to a higher setting (ie 1028 x 768) through the "Display" option in the Control Panel.

If you are having trouble with this contact Tims for Audiology for the updated updated version of Tims.  Tims was designed for 1024 x 768 screen size.  If you are ever having a problem with the TIMS software with any module  please contact us.
